Management Team

Proper management is crucial to the success of any project. Astute management, placed within a progressive and efficient system, will produce results that can often times exceed even the highest of expectations. This is true in any business, and we believe that it is even more applicable in the process and people driven world of building and developing. As a result, Advance Builders has created a management system through which his company operates in fluid and efficient manner. Lines of communication are open in such a way as to keep everyone involved, from the homebuyer to the subcontractor to our supervisors, informed while at the same time allowing for creative input from all sources.

Our Commitment in Building

Excellent product quality and presentation are fundamental drivers of our business. We place an almost obsessive emphasis on both during the entire process of building from start to finish. Whether it is laying out a new bathroom design, or erecting an aircraft hanger, attention to detail is a must. Our subcontractors have been with us a long time and realize that there is only one way to do something - right. Constant supervision of our homes throughout the construction process ensures that the end result is not a good project, but a great project.

Design/Build

Not sure what to buy? Thinking of building? Advance Builders can streamline the custom building process with our in-house design capabilities. We’ve helped many people bring their ideas to fruition using our select group of design partners. Tired of limited options from other builders? Our allowance schedule option selection process offers more flexibility and potential cost savings. Often times, our customers are able to build custom projects at a more reasonable, "un-custom" price. Our experience and advice has saved our customers wasted time and money by allowing them to spend money on their most important personal options and save money by maximizing value through efficient design.

Green Building

Advance Builders believes that environmentally sensitive design and green building techniques are critical to the future sustainability of our planet. The beauty of green building and design is that is has become a win-win situation for both consumers, producers, and the environment. As an EarthCraft Builder, we allow customers to save money on their monthly utility bills, live and work in a healthier structure, and have much less of an impact on the overall environment. In addition to being an EarthCraft Builder, Advance Builders is proud to be an EnergyStar Partner* and member of The Charleston Trident Association of Homebuilders’ Green Building Council.

* "ENERGY STAR qualified products and practices help you save money and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. EPA and U.S. DOE. The ENERGY STAR label also designates superior energy performance in homes and buildings."

Our Customers

Speak to any of our customers and they will tell you how happy they are with their projects and they will likely expound on some of the reasons for their satisfaction. These reasons will include quality workmanship, attention to detail, functional design, custom features, and customer service. We begin building our relationship with the customer from the time of initial contact and carry on with that relationship, often times, for life. Many of our customers become close friends.
